The cost of a bathroom renovation varies widely depending on factors such as the size of the bathroom, the quality of materials used, and the scope of the project. On average, you can expect to spend approximately $18,000-$20,000 + GST for a standard Ensuite or small bathroom and approximately $25,000 + GST for a standard main bathroom.

Like a bathroom renovation a kitchen renovation can widely vary, however with kitchens the costs can be minimal for a basic kitchen but can increase largely for more detailed kitchens with shaker cabinets or other designs for example, under cabinet LED lighting, Integrated appliances and more. Expect to pay approximately $15,000 + GST for a basic kitchen to infinity for more detailed kitchens.

Laundry renovations are generally simpler than bathroom and kitchen renovations, however there may still be factors that increase the cost of a laundry renovation, a standard small laundry renovation starts at $12,000 + GST.

Most bathrooms, Kitchens & laundries take 3 weeks to complete from demolition day to handover, however Delays can occur due to unforeseen issues or changes in the original plan.

For Bathroom, Kitchen & Laundry renovations, if you live in a house, you will most likely not need any approvals, however in case of adding an external bathroom for example you may need council approvals. For units & town houses you need to get Strata Approval.

Each Strata is different, it could take days or could take months if a meeting needs to be held. From our previous experience it takes 6 weeks on Average to get the approvals.

We work either way, we can supply materials you select from one of our recommended suppliers or you can get your own materials and we provide a labour only service. In case of kitchen & laundry cabinets they are supplied by us, we do not install flat pack kitchens.

We install the appliances that need to be professionally installed such as Cooktops & ovens, or Washing machines, we do not install appliances that done need a professional such as a standard fridge with no water connection or microwaves etc. Any brand-new appliances will need to be unboxed by customer and made ready for installation unless agreed otherwise.

Yes, we are 100 % fully licensed and have all required insurances including Public Liability Insurance & Home Warranty Insurance, all tradesmen working on site will also be 100 % licensed.

We prioritize quality over budget considerations and exclusively utilize premium materials for our renovations. Our Main suppliers are Beaumont Tiles – Auburn, Reece & Harvey Norman. We also have access to multiple other suppliers.

We cover all of Sydney, we even go as far as Wollongong and Palm Beach.

Depending on the complexity of the project you may or may not need a designer, for a standard bathroom or kitchen you wont normally need a designer as we can assist with the design, however for more complex renovations it may be best to utilize the services of a designer to make sure everything matches perfectly.

We don’t have in house designers; however, we work with some of the best designers in Sydney and we can connect you with them.

Yes, we provide services other than Bathroom, Kitchen & Laundry renovations, we provide all types of Tiling services, Landscaping, Rendering and more.

Depending on the renovation, if it’s a bathroom and you have a second bathroom to use for example then no problem, however you must note that it will get noisy and dusty at times.

Each job is different depending on the total cost, generally speaking there will be a 10% deposit to lock the job in prior to start, then 30% post demolition, 40% post rough in and waterproofing and the final payment of 20% upon completion and full satisfaction.

Yes, it is your responsibility to remove or cover any artwork, Books and other furniture to avoid any damage, we will cover the floor from the front door to the location of the renovated space.
